We have immediate positions available for independent, freelance workers to collect information from public documents recorded at local county courthouses in this area. This is an independent 1099 contractor position with ongoing assignments requiring weekly or bi-weekly visits to your local courthouses, spending approximately 2 to 4 hours per visit. Full time is
feasible if you are willing to drive to multiple counties. Flexible hours and schedule. Reliable transportation a must. An eye for detail and thoroughness needed. You must be detail oriented and able to follow detailed instructions. This is a low-stress position, easy collection and routine. Training and software provided at no cost to you.

Requirements:
Internet access
Typing of at least 30 WPM
Availability DURING business hours of 9-5, Monday-Friday
Available MINIMUM 5-10 hours/week.
Available to work independant without kids coming along
Willing to cover MORE than one county
Able to check your e-mail DAILY
Honesty on your application (You will be held to what info you put on the application!)
Dependability and accountability are a must!
Laptop required.

This is not a work at home position, so you must be available to visit the County Recorder’s Office sometime during their operation hours, typically 8:00am – 4:30pm. (your hours are flexible). Individuals must be comfortable in using Microsoft Word and Excel (or other software which can view such files), Adobe Acrobat Reader and email (receiving and submitting files.)
