About.com is always looking for guides to telework and write as a subject expert. This is a telecommute position. You will have to submit samples of your work, and maybe get the chance to complete a training program with other candidates, vying for the same position. It’s not easy to become selected as an About.com guide, but you will get a decent, steady monthly income if you are chosen, and it’s an awesome opportunity to telework.
This isn’t a work at home opportunity, but if you are in Palo Alto, California, you can get $150 by participating in a usability study.
Legacy.com has a work from home opportunity which allow you to read/screen online messages. You do have to spend two weeks onsite training. Carefully read all of the job requirements.
